General Committee (GC):
General Committee is constituted and comprised by 19 members. General Committee reviews and approves the annual budget and plan of activities. General Committee is responsible to elect the members of Executive Committee. As per by laws of organization GC members are elected for 3 years. This committee is the policy making & policy changing authority of the organization. In GC meeting, Program activities, success & failure are discussed. Program approval (Budget) is given by GC including its finance.
Executive Committee (EC):
An Executive Committee of Srizony Bangladesh comprises by 7 members. Executive Committee is constituted by the members of general committee. As per constitution Founder & Chairman is liable to the executive committee for his responsibilities. This committee is elected by the GC members among themselves for three years term. The EC works under Directions of GC. The EC members are responsible to the GC members for the works they done. This committee meeting held quarterly basis. It approves financial budget for the organization regarding implementation of planned activities of the organization.
Advisory Committee:
The Advisory Committee consists of 7 members. They advise the EC & Managerial staffs of Srizony Bangladesh as and when necessary. The meeting of Advisory Committee held 3-5 times each year.
